Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Ticket purchases are valid only for the movie, showtime and location appearing on the confirmation page or printed ticket(s). Purchases may be canceled and refunded UP TO 60 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED SHOWTIME. A refund of your purchase, in most cases, returns the cost of your ticket(s) to your original payment method account (e.g. credit card, debit card, gift card), except for any convenience fees. Convenience fees are non-refundable.

ONLINE REFUND METHOD: Once the deadline of 60 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED SHOWTIME has passed, tickets are not refundable. If your deadline has not passed, and you wish to cancel and receive a refund, simply log into your Tristone Cinemas account, and click the “CANCEL ORDER” button on the “MY BOOKINGS PAGE”.

If you purchased your tickets online as a “GUEST”, you must contact the theater at least 12 hours before the Movie's Showtime to request a refund.

Theater Box Office Options: Ticket cancellations and refunds can also be processed at the theater's box office UP TO 60 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED SHOWTIME. In order to process a ticket cancellation and/or refund at the box office (minus any convenience fees), the confirmation number and credit card or gift card used for the purchase must be presented. Ticket exchanges may be made at the box office prior to the showtime appearing on the confirmation page or printed ticket and the credit card or gift card used for the purchase must be presented. Once the deadline of 60 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED SHOWTIME has passed, tickets are not refundable.

In the unusual situation that a show is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of your ticket(s), including any convenience fees.

Refund processing may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method account. If a Tristone Cinemas gift card was used for the ticket purchase, the applicable refund should be immediately reflected in your account.


REFUNDS FOR TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH FANDANGO

Tickets that were purchased through Fandango and not Tristone Cinemas's direct ticketing avenues must be refunded through Fandango directly. To receive a refund from Fandango, please contact them at least 2 hours before your movie showtime at 1-866-857-5191 or request a refund through Fandango’s customer service form.
